A small pilot for vineyard growers and agronomists
Know when to spray.
Record it once.
Open-source vineyard software: local weather, published disease rules and your treatment records in one place.
The demo is public and shared, so use sample data only. Private pilot access is arranged separately.
Spraying follows the calendar. Disease follows the weather.
FarmCore checks recent rain and temperature against published disease rules, and shows you why it says spray or wait.
What you can try today
- Spray or wait, with the reason. Each recommendation shows the rule and the rain and temperature behind it.
- Record a treatment once. It lands in one register you can export as CSV or JSON.
- Open source. Apache-2.0, free to self-host, and your records stay yours. Read the code
Help us test it against a real season.
We are looking for a few grape growers and agronomists to compare FarmCore’s advice with their own judgement and try recording treatments. No technical skills needed.
- Email us a few lines about your vineyard.
- We talk about your parcels and what you need.
- We agree scope, access and any costs before you start.
Or write to lucas.reed2000@gmail.com. This site has no enquiry form and stores no farm data.
Questions
Can I use my own farm data in the demo?
Please don’t. The demo is shared and public, built on a fictional estate. Private pilot access is arranged separately, once it can keep each grower’s data apart.
How far can I rely on the advice?
Treat it as a prompt to check. FarmCore is a prototype: the rules still need agronomist review, demo comparisons are simulations rather than field trials, and exports do not guarantee regulatory compliance.
What does it cost?
The code is free under Apache-2.0; self-hosting needs technical setup. Pilot access and any costs are agreed with you first. No paid hosting plans have been announced.
We are a cooperative. Can we join?
We are starting with individual growers and agronomists. Cooperative tools come later, but we are glad to hear what you need.
